Firefighters are on standby tonight after the discovery of an ammonia leak at a Suffolk factory.
Nine firecrews were maintaining a watching brief at the Nestle Purina Pet Care site in Windham Road, Sudbury.
The alarm was raised after firefighters responded to an automatic fire alarm at the site at just before 9.30pm.
Health and safety specialists are dealing with the leak which is believed to be coming from a refrigeration unit.
A fire service spokeswoman said the building had been shutdown and fully ventilated.
