POLICE in mid Suffolk have appealed for witnesses to an accident involving a lorry that failed to stop at the scene.
THe collision happened on the A14 westbound carriageway near Tot Hill, Haughley, at about 7.30pm on Wednesday and involved a lorry and a white Suzuki Swift car.
The driver of the lorry did not pull over following the collision, which left the driver of the Suzuki trapped inside his car. He was freed by the fire service and taken to hospital with minor injuries.
