POLICE in Suffolk have issued an appeal for help from the public as they try to trace a missing Lowestoft man.
Officers are keen to trace 44-year-old Terry Layfield, of no fixed abode in Lowestoft, who was reported missing by a relative on Friday at 10.25pm.
Although Mr Layfield, who is white, about 5ft 8ins tall and slim, was spotted in the Tonning Street area of the town on Sunday lunchtime, officers need to trace him to ensure he is safe and well.
Anyone who may have seen him or who has any information about where he is now can call the duty sergeant at Lowestoft Police Station on 01986 835300.
