POLICE officers armed with a Taser arrested a man onboard a train tonight after he absconded from a mental health care home in Colchester.

POLICE officers armed with a Taser arrested a man onboard a train tonight after he absconded from a mental health care home in Colchester.
The incident happened between Clacton and Colchester at about 5.15pm last night.
Essex Police said officers armed with a Taser challenged the man but did not need to use the weapon. He was arrested and taken back to the Maple Unit on the Severalls site.
