A 31-YEAR-OLD man has been bailed by detectives investigating allegations of a rape in a popular Suffolk park.
Part of Christchurch Park in Ipswich was cordoned off yesterday as officers investigated the suspected sex attack.
The alleged incident on Monday is said to have involved a 23-year-old woman from the Ipswich area.
The 31-year-old man who was arrested on suspicion of rape has been bailed by police until July 16.
