A 25-YEAR-old man was taken to hospital with a head injury after being assaulted in Ipswich today.
An ambulance crew and a rapid response vehicle were sent to Dales Road just before 4.35am.
When they arrived the man was said to be conscious, but was still taken to Ipswich Hospital for further treatment.
