Police are appealing for witnesses after an attempted break-in at a garage in Barnham.
The incident occurred at around 10.20pm on Monday in Tedder Close.
A man was seen acting suspiciously around a block of garages by a witness and when the victim went to investigate they found that screws had been removed from the latch, but no entry had been gained.
Anyone who witnessed any suspicious activity in the area, or who has any information about this incident, is asked to contact Pc Christopher Battershall at Bury St Edmunds Police Station on 101.
