Emergency services have been called to a collision between a man and a vehicle in Beccles.
Police were contacted about the incident in Old Mill Terrace in the town at about 2pm.
A force spokeswoman said the man was “conscious and breathing” but had been “put through a fence”.
A spokesman for the East of England ambulance service said: “The man was in his 50s and suffered injuries to his head and leg.
“He has a suspected concussion and has been taken to James Paget Hospital for further treatment.”
