The stunt, at the Beerhouse Spring Festival in Bury St Edmunds on Saturday, was to help promote a new beer called Crafty Dragon and a new festival at West Stow Anglo-Saxon Village on June 20 and 21.

Bury microbrewery Brewshed has specially brewed Crafty Dragon for Dragon Festival, which will include everything from costumed re-enactments of Beowulf and the Dragon to a reptile roadshow, raptor flight displays, storytelling and a ‘live’ 7ft tall T-Rex.

The beer is now available at two Bury pubs, The Beerhouse and The One Bull.
