A FORMER glamour model who was jailed in Suffolk for bigamy has escaped a prison sentence after admitting the offence for a fourth time.
Emily Horne, 40, walked free after being given a 10-month suspended jail sentence at Minshull Street Crown Court in Manchester this afternoon.
Judge Mushtaq Khokhar said he had decided not to jail her because she had made progress in the last six months since being prescribed with medication for a personality disorder.
Horne only told her “husband” Ashley Baker she was already married as they set off on their honeymoon.
It comes five years after she was jailed for six months at Ipswich Crown Court - under the name of Amileaynna Carmichael - after she admitted three counts of bigamy following four marriages.
At the time Horne, who lived in Hervey Street in Ipswich and used to be a glamour model and actress in adult movies, was described by the judge as a “very predatory female.”
