Popular music comedian Bill Bailey has lined up a return to the Ipswich Regent next summer with a pair of shows at the historic venue.

The 53-year-old has announced he will be performing on Monday, June 4, and Tuesday, June 5 as part of his extensive Larks In Transit UK tour next year.

The comic, who has starred in book shop sitcom Black Books and police comedy Hot Fuzz, will be presenting his new material featuring his unique perspective on Brits, comic songs and observations on humanity.

The shows will be his first appearance at the venue since June last year, when he left the audience with tears of laughter and belly laughing throughout.

Bill is the latest in a string of comedians lined up for 2018, including Jim Davidson, Jason Manford and Sarah Millican.

Tickets are available now by calling the Ipswich Regent box office on 01473 433100 or visiting the website here.
