FIREFIGHTERS have tackled a blaze in an Ipswich park this evening.
The blaze broke out in Stone Lodge Park, off Hawthorn Drive at around 8pm.
When the crew from Princes Street fire station arrived at the scene they discovered the flames had taken hold of an area of undergrowth.
They had the fire under control by 8.32pm.
