FIREFIGHTERS in Stowmarket were called to tackle a blaze which broke out at the town council offices this morning.
The suspicious fire took hold of a shed at the rear of the premises, in Milton Road South at around 2am.
Fire crews battled the flames, making the scene safe by around 2.20am.
A spokeswoman for Suffolk Fire and Rescue Service said the fire is being treated as a suspicious incident.
