A 10-year-old pedestrian has been taken to Ipswich Hospital after colliding with a moped in Woodbridge.

Police were called to the crash in Theatre Street involving a silver Honda moped around 8.45am.

The East of England Ambulance Service Trust sent an ambulance, a rapid response vehicle and an ambulance officer.

Paramedics treated a boy with a “suspected minor head injury” and he was taken to Ipswich Hospital for further care.
