Three people were arrested after police raided a home in Colchester’s Dutch Quarter.
Officers executed a drugs warrant at an address in Maidenburgh Street on November 7 after information was given to Essex Police by a member of the public.
A man, aged 41, a woman, aged 38, and a 16-year-old boy all from Colchester were arrested on suspicion of drugs offences.
The adults have since been released with no further action, but the teenager has been granted police bail until January 12 pending further enquiries.
Pc Libby Winter-Frankis said: “Due to the important information received from the public we have been able to enter an address and seize a quantity of drugs.”
Anyone with information should call police on 101 or Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
