A 12-year-old boy from Lowestoft has been taken to hospital after his bicycle crashed into a car.
The accident happened at just before 5.30pm this afternoon outside Harris Middle School in Church Road.
The boy was riding his bike when it ploughed into a parked car, causing him to suffer a head injury.
Paramedics took him to the James Paget Hospital but a spokesperson for Suffolk Constabulary said he did said did not believe the injuries to be serious.
The road outside the school remained opened.
