A Braintree man has been charged with several sexual offences and will appear at Chelmsford Magistrates’ Court tomorrow.
Wojciech Pietrzyk, 42, of Wickham Crescent, Braintree, will face two charges of rape and one charge of sexual assault by penetration.
The charges relate to the alleged rape of a woman in Riverside Place, St John’s Avenue in Braintree on Sunday, June 10.
He has been remanded in custody ahead of his court appearance.
