A driver was arrested on suspicion of drug driving after testing positive on a police drug wipe test.

Police in Brandon said the driver “was found to have bright red, bloodshot eyes” when he was stopped in Brandon during the evening of Wednesday, July 18.

Officers from the Norfolk and Suffolk Roads and Firearms Policing Unit later Tweeted: “He also admitted to having smoked Cannabis recently.

“Needless to say he provided a positive @DrugWipeUK and was #Arrested.”
