A 35-YEAR-OLD man has been arrested on suspicion of committing a burglary in Victoria Avenue in Brandon.
Police arrested the man, who is from the Brandon area, at around 8.30pm on Wednesday, after the burglary occurred.
He was taken to Bury St Edmunds Police Investigation Centre (PIC) where officers questioned him. He is on bail to return to the PIC on Tuesday, November 27.
This arrest coincides with the launch of Suffolk Constabulary’s Operation Drawbridge, aimed at tackling burglaries across the county and bringing those responsible for these offences to justice.
