British duo looking for Final glory

TWO British riders are warming up for Wednesday night's British Final at Poole and both are looking forward to it.Coventry's Edward Kennett has made a good start to the season with his new club and is looking to book a place at Cardiff as the British Grand Prix wildcard.

TWO British riders are warming up for Wednesday night's British Final at Poole and both are looking forward to it.

Coventry's Edward Kennett has made a good start to the season with his new club and is looking to book a place at Cardiff as the British Grand Prix wildcard.

He said: “I know the Poole track well from my time riding with them and I feel confident going back there. I'm looking forward to a big meeting.”

Meanwhile Lakeside star Lee Richardson is gunning for the British title.

Richardson is one of a number of former Pirates riders in the field and is strongly fancied to do well.

He said: “I'm enjoying my racing again and I can't wait for the British Final. I'm going there determined to win the title, I really want it and you can be sure I'll be going for it.”
