RAIL services between Ipswich and London are being delayed by up to 30 minutes after a train broke down in Essex today.
The noon service from Norwich to London Liverpool street lost power in Witham at about 1.15pm resulting in delays in both directions.
A spokesman for National Express East Anglia apologised to customers for any inconvenience and said trains should be back running to schedule for this evening's peak service.
