CANADIAN rocker Bryan Adams will open this year's Newmarket Nights, it was revealed today.
The global star will perform with his band at the July Course on Friday June 20.
The set will include favourites such as Summer of 69, Have you ever really loved a woman and (Everything I do) I do it for you.
Stephen Wallis, managing director of Newmarket Racecourses, said, “We are very excited to have announced Bryan Adams as the opening act for 2008.
“He is an amazing live performer and is certain to entertain the crowd.
Adams has released 10 studio albums, sold 75million records worldwide and holds the record for the longest stay at number one in the UK charts over the last 50 years.
