POLICE are appealing for information after a disagreement between two people in west Suffolk.
The verbal altercation happened on Hardwick Heath in Bury St Edmunds at around 5.30pm last Friday.
A dog owner was allegedly threatening and verbally abusive to the father of a two-year-old boy in a pushchair who the dog was sniffing.
The father had been trying to discourage the dog.
THe dog owner was in his 50s, around 5ft 6ins tall and had very short hair.
He was wearing sunglasses and a bomber jacket and was with a woman who had short blonde hair.
The dog may have been a Golden Retriever.
