Bury St Edmunds-based brewer Greene King showcased its iconic London pubs on a float at this year’s Lord Mayor’s Show.
The show, which dates back to 1215, is a procession which takes the newly-elected Lord Mayor of the city of London to Westminster.
Team members from 15 of Greene King’s London pubs created costumes and props to dress up in character and bring their pub to life for the procession.
Rooney Anand, Greene King chief executive, said: “We feel it is a real privilege to have been asked to take part in the Lord Mayor’s Show.
“We are fortunate to have some of the city’s most characterful and iconic pubs so we decided to showcase some of them on our float.
“From the Punch & Judy in Covent Garden to the historic George Inn in Southwark, our team members brought our characterful pubs to life with enthusiasm and excitement.”
The Lord Mayor’s Show took place on Saturday, November 11.
