The court hearing of a former director of the Suffolk Show has been adjourned.
Peter Over, 48, of Elmswell Hall Farm, Elmswell, near Bury St Edmunds, was due to appear at Bury St Edmunds Magistrates’ Court this morning.
He is charged with driving a Toyota Land Cruiser dangerously and failing to stop when required by police at Old Bury Road, Wetherden, on March 25 this year.
The hearing has been adjourned until May 3.
Over is a well-known farmer with 500 acres of land in Suffolk.
