BURY ST EDMUNDS: Firefighters were called to West Suffolk Hospital after a small electrical blaze broke out.
Two crews from Bury arrived at the hospital, in Hardwick Lane, shortly after 5.20pm.
Once on scene, they found a small fire had broken out in a fluorescent light fitting in the main kitchen of the hospital.
Firefighters removed the fitting, which was suspended from the ceiling, before the flames could spread elsewhere.
