A MAN who absconded from a Suffolk prison has been arrested in the Midlands.
James Whitlock walked out of HMP Edmunds Hill on June 14 without authority.
The 25-year-old man was serving a 33-month sentence for theft.
He was arrested in Dudley today and detectives from Suffolk police are now liaising with their counterparts in the West Midlands.
