A MAN will appear in court tomorrow charged with the murder of Bury St Edmunds jeweller Peter Avis.
The 66-year-old was found dead at his home on January 13.
Pytor Melaniuk, 28, had recently been detained in Poland for another matter and returned to the UK this afternoon under a European Arrest Warrant.
He is currently being held in custody at the Martlesham Police Investigation Centre and will appear before Ipswich Magistrates Court tomorrow.
