A Bury St Edmunds man who was discovered with injuries at his home is not the victim of an assault.
The man was found in a Havebury Housing Partnership property in the Vinefields at about 11.30am yesterday morning.
Police investigating what happened to him now believe no crime has occurred.
Officers visited the man in West Suffolk Hospital earlier today and spoke to him about how he sustained the injuries.
He told them he had not been the victim of an assault and it is thought the injuries were sustained by falls.
