Police are searching for a car which failed to stop after a crash on Tuesday.

The blue Ford Fiesta was apparently travelling the wrong way on the approach slip road to Robert Boby Way off Parkway.

It happened at around 2.50pm and caused a collision between a Chevrolet Cruze and another Ford Fiesta.

The blue Fiesta didn’t stop at the scene but turned round and drove off at speed towards St Andrews Street. It is thought it originally came from either the car park of Halfords or Waitrose.

Anyone with information about this incident should call Pc Samantha Ostley at Bury St Edmunds police station on 101.
