THE FIRE service is treating four derelict vehicles on fire in Bury St Edmunds in the early hours as suspicious.
Two appliances from Bury St Edmunds attended the three vans and one car which were alight in Rushbrooke Lane just after 2am this morning.
Firefighters used two hose reels and breathing apparatus to put out the fires, and dampened down hotspots.
Suffolk police also attended the scene, and are due to carry out further enquiries to decide if it is suspicious.
