Thieves made off with the badges from a Volkswagen after pouncing in Tayfen Road, Bury St Edmunds.
The theft occurred between 3pm on Saturday, September 21 and 1pm on Sunday, September 22.
The car, a black Volkswagen Lupo, had been left in a parking area, and had both the front and rear badges stolen.
Anyone with information should contact PC Wayne Sturman at Bury St Edmunds Police Station on 101, or alternatively contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
