A signalling problem led to trains stopping short of their destination this morning.
Disruption between Ipswich and Lowestoft was caused by a signalling fault between Beccles and Oulton Broad South.
A bus service was put in place to take passengers between Beccles and Lowestoft. It meant the 7.35am train from Ipswich to Lowestoft was terminated at Beccles, where the 9.07am train from Lowestoft to Ipswich began its journey.
