Suffolk wedding venue operator All Manor of Events has been named among the winners in the annual awards run by the Guides for Brides directory.

All Manor of Events, based at Henley, near Ipswich, won the newly-created category for barn-style venues, having been a finalist in the awards for the past two years when all types of venue, including hotels and stately homes, were judged together.

The awards are based on the number and quality of reviews received by wedding service providers featured in the Guides for Brides directory – including florists, photographers, DJs and other services as well as venues – which are then independently assessed. The reviews for All Manor of Events were described as “heartfelt and genuine”.

A spokesman for All Manor of Events, which is owned by Katie and Andy Haywood-Farmer, said: “We were one of eight shortlisted in the barn venues category, one of four finalists and we were unbelievably happy to have come home winners of the award.

“We work so very hard as a team to make our couples’ day a success and one that they will remember, so it meant a lot to have this symbol of recognition of our hard work and dedication.”
