Another record year for Fred. Olsen Travel

Fred. Olsen Travel Agents is celebrating record results for a fifth consecutive year.

The Ipswich-based company, which has 10 travel stores across East Anglia, saw year-of-year operating profits grow by 9%, It attributes its success to a continuous high level of customer service, together with the knowledge and travel experience offered by its staff.

Paul Hardwick, group retail manager at Fred. Olsen Travel, said: “I’m incredibly proud we’re able to report such positive news for yet another year; this ongoing success can only be down to the dedication and commitment from each and every member of our team.”

He added: “We have and always will put our customers first and we believe this puts us in a strong position to move forward.– We have lots of exciting things planned for 2015 that will only see the Fred. Olsen Travel brand grow stronger than ever before.”

Fred. Olsen Travel, which was established in 1988, is a member of the industry bodies ABTA, ATOL and IATA, and offers an independent travel service including tailor-made itineraries.
