Fred. Olsen Travel Agents is celebrating record results for a fifth consecutive year.

The Ipswich-based company, which has 10 travel stores across East Anglia, saw year-of-year operating profits grow by 9%, It attributes its success to a continuous high level of customer service, together with the knowledge and travel experience offered by its staff.

Paul Hardwick, group retail manager at Fred. Olsen Travel, said: “I’m incredibly proud we’re able to report such positive news for yet another year; this ongoing success can only be down to the dedication and commitment from each and every member of our team.”

Fred. Olsen Travel, which was established in 1988, is a member of the industry bodies ABTA, ATOL and IATA, and offers an independent travel service including tailor-made itineraries.
