A FORMER leader of Colchester Borough Council is planning to increase the number of affordable homes across the region after reaching a three-year milestone as a housing developer chairman.
Bill Frame is celebrating his third year at the helm at Iceni Homes, which was established in 2004 as a joint venture between Colne, Cotman and Suffolk Housing Societies.
He said he was “delighted” to have been elected for the third year.
“Our aim is to move beyond the consolidation phase of the business and to concentrate on growth,” he said.
“This is our chance to help develop communities, not just homes, and I am pleased to be part of this developing company.”
