Skylight specialist Sunsquare has been accredited under a leading UK health and safety scheme.

The Contractors Health and Safety Assessment (CHAS) assesses applicants on their health and safety policies, organisation and procedures.

Accreditation from CHAS means that the supplier meets acceptable standards of safety, and is compliant with the key parts of health and safety law.

Last year, Bury St Edmunds-based Sunsquare also become the first company in the flat roof skylight industry to receive a safety Kitemark for its product range.

Justin Seldis, director of Sunsquare, said: “Achieving CHAS accreditation is another great step for Sunsquare this year. We take health and safety extremely seriously so to be recognised by the largest UK scheme is the highest mark of quality for us.

“It’s another sign to our customers that we are leaders in what we do and that safety with our products is guaranteed.”
