The annual County Harvest Festival thanksgiving service is on Sunday, October 13, at 3.30 pm at St Edmundsbury Cathedral, during which the SAA’s Long Service Awards will be re-presented. Tickets are required for the service at no charge, and are available from the Dean’s Secretary, Mrs Pat Jewitt, on 01284 748722 or deans.secretary@stedscathedral.org. Prior to the service a harvest lunch will be held at the Athenaeum from 12.30pm. Tickets cost £20 on a first come first served basis and are available from ruth.pusterla@stedsbc.gov.uk.
