A Suffolk treasure hunter has unlocked the “golden key” to a potential £10,000 prize after solving a series of clues.
Jason Black, from Sproughton, won a “wildcard” ticket straight to the final of Greene King’s King’s Ransom competition after solving three clues over social media, leading him to the Tollgate pub in Bury St Edmunds.
Mr Black will join other finalists in Cambridge tomorrow for hunt to find the £10,000 cash prize.
He said: “I cannot believe I am in the final with a chance to win such a huge amount of money.”
