Colleagues at Essex-based PR agency Voice Communications are marking the firm’s 10th anniversary by each donating 10 hours of their time to a good cause.

After nearly a decade of working for major PR companies in London, founder and managing director Nichola Cain launched Voice as a values-led agency with a team ethos.

“We have proved that a values based business can be a huge success for our clients and ourselves,” she said. “Creating a positive and productive work environment, where staff can thrive is central to our business model.

“We invest heavily in our staff, who all receive two hours personal development coaching a month, additional mentoring on request and numerous team building and activities.”

The team from Voice, which is based at Layer Marney, near Colchester, decided collectively to mark the company’s anniversary by giving time to charity.

Their chosen charities include Mind, Brainwave (Witham), The Wilderness Foundation (Chelmsford), Huntingdon’s Disease Association, Poppies Place (Copford) and Riding for the Disabled.
