CHRIS Lye, who owns and runs the Ipswich office of at-home care provider Home Instead Senior Care picked up a national award for client satisfaction at the company’s national conference.
He collected an award for outstanding client satisfaction having gained one of the highest scores in the country.
Home Instead Senior Care, which now has 68 offices across the UK, has developed a survey, called PEAQ (Pursuing Excellence by Advancing Quality), to monitor the quality of care it delivers. Through an exclusive partnership with J. D. Power and Associates, the company’s caregivers and clients are routinely surveyed to ensure consistent delivery of high quality service.
Mr Lye said: “We are committed to advancing quality to ensure we consistently deliver the highest levels of customer service and the PEAQ survey helps us to assure the highest quality of service and care for our clients.
“I was delighted to bring the award back to the team in Ipswich, it bears testament to the hard work and dedication that they put into their work on a daily basis and I thank them all.”
