Sales and marketing director Chris Wood, son of one of the two founding members of the firm, based at Tiptree, becomes managing director. Mr Wood, 38, lives with his young family at Billericay.
Sales manager Steve Purcell has been promoted to sales director, and assistant sales manager Tom Barfield steps up to become sales manager. Mr Purcell, 43, of Silver End, Braintree, has been with the company for eight years, while Mr Barfield, 37, from Braintree, has been with the firm for five years.
