COLCHESTER-BASED chartered surveyors Wolton have strengthened their management team.
Christian Clayden has been promoted to business systems manager and Simon Davies has been appointed business risk manager.
Mr Clayden, formerly the firm's business systems co-ordinator, will work closely with Wolton's customer services, panel management and administrative teams.
His role will involve the co-ordination of regular audits of internal processes.
Mr Davies will implement a new risk management process across the business and educate staff on its use and benefits.
“We operate in an industry with huge potential for litigation, so it's absolutely vital that staff know how to identify and minimise potential threats to the business,” he said.
