Colbea shortlisted in 2017 National Enterprise Network (NEN) Awards

Colchester Business Enterprise Agency (Colbea) is celebrating after being shortlisted for a national business support organisation award.

The business enterprise agency is shortlisted in the Enterprise Support Organisation of the Year (turnover under £750,000) - alongside Yorkshire Coast Enterprise and Transmit Start Ups at the 2017 National Enterprise Network (NEN) Awards. In 2016/17, it delivered 1,289 business services.

Chief executive Ashleigh Seymour-Rutherford said: “I’m delighted to see our organisation nominated for a national award, which recognises the hard work and dedication of the Colbea team and the consistently high level of training and support services we continue to offer to the local business community.”

The winners will be announced on December 1, at the NEN Annual Conference at the RBS Conference Centre in London.
