Workplace design and build company Accent has won a contract for the design and fit-out of a 45,000 sq ft building in Witham.
The property, Freebournes House on Freebournes Rd, has been on the market with Fenn Wright and will be occupied by a global construction supplies company. Accent has recently completed new workspace at Severalls Business Park, Colchester for water technology specialist DAB Pumps. The company, which began in 1977 in Houghton Regis, Bedfordshire, has also just opened a new showroom in Cambridge.
Richard Hibbert, managing director of Accent, said: “It’s so rewarding to see the Accent philosophy of creating spaces where people love to work spread across the region – supporting clients to succeed is what we’re all about. We’re pleased to be able to support business growth across the East of England too.”
