A luxury Suffolk bed and breakfast is celebrating after being shortlisted for an industry accolade.

Darsham Old Hall, near Yoxford, which is run by Jude and Paul Rylott, has been shortlisted for The Most Beautifully Presented Award at the eviivo awards, which celebrate Britain’s world-class bed and breakfasts, guest houses, inns and small, independent hotels.

Onwers Jude and Paul Rylott moved to Darsham Old Hall in 2010, and spent about two years renovating the house,

before opening their doors in 2012 with four guest rooms reflecting former owners of the house, including the 1st

Earl of Stradbroke, Sir Thomas Bedingfield and Sir Henry Rous.

Jude said it was “a real honour”. Winners will be announced on October 17.
