AN employee of Stowmarket-based malted products firm Muntons is celebrating after achieving an advanced quality audit qualification.Dr David Mugglestone successfully completed the BSI Registered Auditor Qualification as a lead auditor for Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000.
AN employee of Stowmarket-based malted products firm Muntons is celebrating after achieving an advanced quality audit qualification.
Dr David Mugglestone successfully completed the BSI Registered Auditor Qualification as a lead auditor for Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000.
To achieve the status, he had to complete a BSI advanced auditing course and a qualifying review at Muntons with a BSI trained assessor, as well as passing the lead assessors course for the ISO status.
“I am now more confident that Muntons internal audits will deliver business benefits relating to customer focus, customer requirements and will enhance continual improvement,” he said.
