IPSWICH Chrysler, Jeep and Dodger dealer John Grose has appointed a new corporate sales executive.

David Rivett, who has almost 10 years' experience in the motor industry, will lead the Ransomes Europark dealership's programme to expand the sale of fleet vehicles to local businesses and will initially target firms in the Ipswich, Felixstowe and Colchester areas.

Mr Rivett said a number of exciting new models would be launched at the dealership in 2007, including the Chrysler Sebring and Dodge Avenger.

His appointment is part of a strategy by the Chrysler Group UK to establish 30 corporate business dealers across the country.

Peter Lambert, managing director of the Chrysler Group UK, said: “We've always been very focused on the retail side of the business, but thanks to a major product offensive we're looking to establish ourselves much more firmly in the corporate sector.”
