Deborah Watson of Woodbridge, founder of public relations and communications agency Lexia Media, is in the running for the Young Communicator of the Year title in the Chartered Institute of Public Relations (CIPR) Excellence Awards 2009.
The Excellence awards recognise and reward best practice in public relations throughout the UK.
Ms Watson said: “I am thrilled to have been shortlisted for the award of young communicator of the year.
“It is hugely satisfying to be recognised for contributing to your industry and representing best practice, yet I truly believe this is a real team effort and something that every member of Lexia Media should be proud of.”
She will join the other finalists at an awards ceremony later this year, where the winners of the CIPR Excellence Awards will be announced.
