Phase 2 of Wickham Market-based Riduna Holdings’s development consists of nine offices varying in size from 1,250sq ft, to 7,500sq ft over two storeys, includes wooden flooring, intuitive heating and air conditioning, shower rooms, and car parking and is now ready for occupation.

Riduna Park is already home to the headquarters of East Suffolk District Council, and several independent businesses, including artisan coffee house Honey + Harvey.

Project manager Katie Emerson said: “Phase Two is a really impressive ‘next chapter’ in the progression of the park. Several companies had already approached us to be on the waiting list for Phase Two, so we are thrilled that we can now look forward to some very significant East of England businesses moving in.”
